                        2022: Ran in six of the team's seven meets and was among the team's top finishers throughout the season...earned All-GLVC honors with a 10th place showing at the GLVC Championships with a season-best time of 25:35 over eight kilometers...also finished eighth at the Southwest Baptist Open, 10th at the Larry Young Invitational and 15th at the Southwest Baptist Invitational...was S&T's highest finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional when he covered the 10-kilometer course in 32:14.
2021: Was among the Miners' top three runners in all six meets during the season...led the S&T contingent at the Larry Young Invitational won by the Miners, finishing fourth overall with a time of 26:09 over eight kilometers...also had two other top-10 finishers, placing seventh at Southwest Baptist with a four-mile mark of 20:28 and ninth at the Border War Invitational when he completed the eight-kilometer course in 26:32...posted his best eight-kilometer time of the season at the GLVC Championships of 25:15.
2020: Finished among the Miners' top runners in both meets he competed in as a freshman...had a time of 28:00 to finish 15th at Southwest Baptist and a mark of 28:32 at the GLVC West Division meet...member of GLVC All-Academic team.
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at St. Louis University High School, where he finished sixth at the Missouri Class 4 Cross Country Championships in 2019 and seventh at the 2018 state meet for a team that ended up as the state runner-up...was a three-time all-conference and all-district performer in cross country...finished as the sectional and district runner-up during his career and finishing second at the conference meet on two occasions.
