Biography
2021: Finished second in the decathlon at the GLVC Outdoor Championships with a total of 5,992 points...had the best mark in the 10-event competition in the long jump, high jump and javelin throw...recorded a season-best 6,106 points in the decathlon at Southwest Baptist.
2020: Placed fifth in the heptathlon at the GLVC Indoor Championships...had the top mark in the competition in the shot put...also finished fifth in the open high jump with a clearance of 6-4 3/4.
2019: Earned a second place finish in the decathlon at the GLVC Outdoor Championships…had the best performance in four events – shot put, discus, high jump and javelin – during the multi-event competition…also finished 10th in the open javelin throw…placed seventh in the heptathlon at the GLVC Indoor Championships…had season-best marks in the multi-events of 5,945 points in the decathlon and 4,109 points in the heptathlon, while also clearing 1.90 meters in the outdoor high jump and 1.92 indoors.
PERSONAL: Son of Brian and Kim Janke…attended Rolla High School…majoring in civil engineering at Missouri S&T.
