Biography
2019: Was part of the Miners’ 4x400-meter relay teams that placed third at both GLVC championship events…had top marks of 50.38 seconds in the outdoor 400-meters and 52.01 seconds in the event during the indoor season…also ran a 5:02.97 in the indoor mile.
2018: Took fourth place in the 800-meters at the GLVC Outdoor Championships…posted top outdoor times of 1:55.40 in the 800-meters and 4:29.48 in the 1,500, while recording a mark of 1:56.47 in the 800-meters indoors.
2017: Finished fourth on an individual basis in the in the 800-meters at the GLVC Indoor and Outdoor Championships…also finished second as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team at the outdoor championships, while also taking third as part of the distance medley relay team and fifth in the 4x400-meter relay indoors…best times during the outdoor season were 49.69 seconds in the 400-meters and 1:53.59 in the 800…indoor best in the 800 was 1:55.92.
PERSONAL: Son of Kevin and Susan Religa…attended Manhattan High School…majoring in engineering management at Missouri S&T.
