Biography

2022: Appeared in 23 games and made 17 starts at third base and DH this season...Batted .235 with three doubles, a home run, eight RBI and 18 runs scored...Went 5-5 on stolen bases...Hit safely in five-straight games to open the season...Homered against UMSL (3/19)...Wemt 3-3 with two RBI and two runs against Illinois Springfield (4/24).

2021: Appeared in one game against Missouri Southern before missing the remainder of the season due to injury.

2020: Batted .250 over the course of 11 games during the year...had a home run, a grand slam hit against Rockhurst and eight runs batted in...also had a double and two stolen bases...had six of his eight RBI in the second game of the doubleheader at Rockhurst in his only two-hit game of the year.

2019: Was redshirted for the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played in both in the infield and outfield at the high school level at Edwardsville High School…played on a team that finished second at the Illinois Class 4A state tournament in 2017…had a home run and 17 runs batted in during the 2018 season with a .376 on-base percentage.

PERSONAL:  Son of Rick and Holly Hampton… majoring in mechanical engineering at Missouri S&T.
