Biography
2021: Competed in five of the six meets during the season...had her best five-kilometer time of 20:20 at the Chile Pepper Festival...ran a time of 24:14 at the NCAA Midwest Regional over six kilometers...was among S&T's top five runners in four meets during the year...member of GLVC All-Academic team.
2020: Won the B-race at the GLVC Championships, recording a time of 23:38 over six kilometers...also finished 13th at the Southwest Baptist Invitational in a five-kilometer time of 19:50 and 18th at the GLVC West Division meet in 24:45 over six kilometers...member of GLVC All-Academic team.
2019: Finished among the Miners' top five runners in all six meets...was S&T's second finisher at the Chile Pepper Festival with a season-best time of 18:59 over five kilometers and at the NCAA Midwest Regional, where he ran the six-kilometer course in a time of 23:31.
2018: Finished among S&T's top five runners in all seven meets during her freshman season...had a top six-kilometer time of 24:14 at Bradley.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Greg and Tina Hilmas...attended Rolla High School...majoring in ceramic engineering at Missouri S&T.
