2018-19: Earned All-America honors in four events at the NCAA Division II Championships...finished seventh as part of the 200-yard medley relay team and eighth in the 200-yard butterfly with a school record time of 1:46.80, while also earning awards in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a ninth place finish and in the 400-medley relay...was part of the Miners' GLVC championship team in the 400-medley relay at the conference meet and also scored points in five other events, including second place finishes in the 1,650-freestyle, 200-butterfly and 200-medley relay and a third place showing in the 1,000-freestyle...also finished sixth in the 100-butterfly...best times of the season were 1:42.90 in the 200-freestyle, 4:33.46 in the 500-free, 9:14.43 in the 1,000-free, 15:31.17 in the 1,650 and 47.95 seconds in the 100-butterfly...named as the PNC GLVC Athlete of the Week on Dec. 21.

2017-18: Placed seventh in the 200-yard butterfly at the NCAA Division II Championships to earn All-America honors...set a new school record in the 200-yard butterfly at the meet with a time of 1:47.42...at the GLVC Championships, recorded a third place finish in the 200-butterfly as well as an eighth place showing in the 1,650-yard freestyle...also placed 10th in the 1,650-freestyle and 11th the 100-butterfly at the conference meet...other top times of the season were 49.46 seconds in the 100-fly, 1:42.75 in the 200-freestyle, 4:36.22 in the 500-freestyle, 9:21.65 in the 1,000-free and 15:54.64 in the 1,650-freestyle.

2016-17: Earned honorable mention All-America laurels as part of the Miners’ 400-yard medley relay team that finished 15^th at the NCAA Division II Championships…placed third in the 200-yard butterfly and eighth in the 100-butterfly at the GLVC Championships...was on the winning consolation final team in the 800-yard freestyle relay at the GLVC meet…scored in the 1,000- and 1,650-yard freestyle, as well as the 200- and 400-medley relay at the conference meet…had top marks of 9:39.91 in the 1,000-freestyle, 15:45.84 in the 1,650-freestyle, 50.84 in the 100-backstroke, 2:03.26 in the 200-backstroke, 49.87 in the 100-butterfly and 1;48.82 in the 200-butterfly, the best time by an S&T swimmer in the event during the season.

PERSONAL: Son of Leo and Kelle Taske… competed in the backstroke and butterfly events at the high school level, with his fastest times in the backstroke being 51.47 seconds in the 100-yard event and 1:56.16 over 200 yards…in the butterfly, had times of 50.36 seconds over 100 yards – winning the B final at the 2016 Ohio state championships in the process -- and 1:53.08 in the 200-yard butterfly…was part of a state championship team at St. Xavier in Cincinnati…majoring in mechanical engineering at Missouri S&T.
