Biography

Finished the 2008 season as the Miners’ second-leading receiver with 53 receptions for 549 yards and five touchdowns…earned first-team honors from the Great Lakes Football Conference at tight end…posted a season-high seven receptions on three occasions, doing so against Wisconsin-Stout, Butler and Southwest Baptist…longest reception of the year was a 62-yard touchdown catch against Lincoln…earned honorable mention all-league honors from the Great Lakes Football Conference in 2007…finished the season with 29 receptions for 433 yards and three touchdowns…had 110 yards in receptions against Arkansas-Monticello…caught a season-high seven passes at Southern Nazarene…had three catches in 2006, including a touchdown reception against Butler…also made four tackles on special teams…had two touchdown catches during the Miners’ spring game…redshirted in 2005 after coming to UMR as a linebacker...earned all-district honors and all-conference honors (twice) at the linebacker position in high school.  

Personal: Attended Helias High School, where his coach was Mike Jeffries...born Dec. 1, 1986 in St. Louis, Mo....son of Sam and Sharon Crider...majoring in engineering management.
