Biography
2019: Placed fourth in a pair of relay events at the GLVC Indoor Championships, doing so in the 4x400-meter relay and distance medley relay…also took eighth in the 800-meters at that meet…best indoor time in the 800 was 2:24.90 and also had a time of 5:21.84 in the mile…posted a team-best time of 2:26.51 in the 800-meters during the outdoor season.
2018: Recorded a fifth place finish in the 800-meters at the GLVC Outdoor Championships…was part of the distance medley relay team that ended up fifth at the GLVC indoor meet…had her seasonal-best time in the outdoor 800 at the conference meet of 2:14.35…also ran a 4:57.81 in the outdoor 1,500-meters…finished with best times of 2:18.72 in the 800-meters and 5:37.17 in the mile during the indoor campaign.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Roger and Lori VanCardo…attended Lindbergh High School…majoring in biology at Missouri S&T.
