2018: Hit .342 on the season with a team-high 21 stolen bases and 29 runs scored…led the GLVC and ranked second nationally as he was hit 27 times by pitches…had a home run (hit at Missouri Southern) and drove in 20 runs…recorded 54 hits during the year, with 17 multiple-hit games and four with three hits...finished the season with a .473 on-base percentage.

2017: Started in 16 of the 28 games he appeared in and batted .174 with two runs batted in…had two-hit games against Wayne State (Neb.) and Illinois Springfield…had one stolen base and scored 10 times.

2016: Appeared in 33 games during his freshman season, hitting .176 with nine runs batted in…has played primarily at shortstop in his 27 starts…had two hits and drove in two in a victory at Pittsburg State on March 16…also had two hits against McKendree on March 6 and Rockhurst on April 9.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a second-team all-state and first-team all-district performer at shortstop and was named as his team's most valuable defensive player on three occasions...batted .499 with 12 doubles and three triples during his senior year...hit .539 with 22 of his 36 hits for extra bases, while scoring 36 times and driving in 29 runs as junior, while committing just four errors in Cushing's 29-game season.

PERSONAL: Son of Bryan and Stacy Burk...majoring in mechanical engineering at Missouri S&T.
