Biography
Appeared in all 11 games as a redshirt freshman and was in on two tackles…made both stops in the Missouri Western contest…played primarily on special teams...was redshirted for the 2012 season...will compete for a spot in the secondary this fall…excelled on both sides of the football for the Tigers, earning second-team all-state honors as a defensive back and honorable mention as an athlete on the offensive side of the ball…also earned all-district and all-conference honors after making 57 tackles (41 solo) and picking off a pass during the 2011 season, while completing 65 percent of his passes at the quarterback position and compiling a school record 3,314 total yards and 35 touchdowns…set two state records in a 2011 game against Owensville, including 720 yards of total offense.
Personal: Attended John F. Hodge High School, where he was coached by his father, Greg Harlan...son of Greg and Cheryl Harlan…majoring in business at Missouri S&T.
