Biography
2009: Posted the Miners' top time of the season in the outdoor 1,500-meters at the GLVC Championships, recording a mark of 3:58.84 to earn a third place finish...gained second-team All-GLVC honors in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...took third place in the indoor mile in a season-best 4:23.50 to earn his all-league award in that event...also competed in the outdoor 5,000-meters and posted a top mark of 15:42.31.
HIGH SCHOOL: Won the Missouri Class 2 state title in the mile to earn all-state honors…finished second at the Missouri Class 2 state cross country championships in 2007...had a time of 16:51 over five kilometers for a team that finished third at the state meet.
PERSONAL: Son of David and Susan Barry...attended School of the Osage...was one of the Miners’ top runners during the cross country season in his freshman year…majoring in civil engineering.
