Biography

2013: Missed the season due to an injury.

2012: Named to the All-GLVC West second team…posted a record of 6-2 with a 2.98 earned run average in nine starts, throwing 45 1/3 innings in the process…fanned 33 hitters, including a season-high seven in a win over Illinois Springfield…also had six strikeouts in a win at Quincy to open a four-game series in which the Miners took three of four…threw a four-hit shutout against College of the Ozarks on just 85 pitches and also had a combined shutout in the win over Maryville that clinched the GLVC West title for the Miners.

2011: Finished with a 3-3 record and 4.57 earned run average in 14 outings, which included 12 starts…earned his wins over King, Rockhurst and Oakland City…allowed just four hits in a complete game performances at King, his only complete game effort of the year…threw three hitless innings of relief at Illinois Springfield and struck out a season-high four in three different contests…fanned 34 hitters in 67 innings of work during the year.

2010: Worked his way into the starting rotation over the course of his first season at Missouri S&T…made five starts on the year as he finished with an 0-3 record and 6.12 earned run average…struck out 11 in 25 innings of work…threw six innings in his first career start for the Miners against Lincoln, with five strikeouts as he got a no-decision…five strikeouts was a season high…threw 5 2/3 innings against Bellarmine and Missouri-St. Louis.

HIGH SCHOOL: Pitched at Granite City High School where he posted a 9-3 record with a 3.40 earned run average in the 2009 season…fanned 55 hitters in 57 2/3 innings of work…posted a 4.45 ERA in his junior year and recorded 23 strikeouts in 39 1/3 innings…earned all-conference and honorable mention all-metro St. Louis honors for his efforts this spring.

PERSONAL: Son of Karen Robertson…majoring in electrical engineering.
