Played in all 11 games at strong safety during the 2013 campaign…finished the year with 47 tackles, including 25 solo stops, two tackles for a loss and an interception…also broke up three passes…recorded his interception in the latter stages of the victory over Saint Joseph’s to help seal the one-point win….posted a season-best seven tackles in the win over McKendree...had 32 tackles and two interceptions during the 2012 season as a starter in the secondary…missed three games due to an injury but returned to the lineup by season’s end…had a season-high eight tackles against Indianapolis and interceptions against Arkansas Tech and South Dakota School of Mines...finished his inaugural season with the Miners with 14 tackles, five of which were solo stops…played in all 11 games and had a season-high four tackles against Midwestern State...was named to the Big Nine all-conference team as an honorable mention selection in the 2010 season as he played at the safety position on defense… was a versatile player who also played tight end, punted and played on the coverage and return teams in high school…earned all-conference honors in swimming and track as well as football.

Personal: Attended Carman-Ainsworth High School, where he was coached by Nate Williams…son of Tamara McKay…majoring in finance and economics at Missouri S&T.
