Biography
2011-12: Recorded an eighth-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke at the NSISC Championships, posting his best time of the season in that event...also finished 11th in the 200-breaststroke...was on the Miners' 200-yard medley relay team that placed ninth at the NSISC meet and on the 400-medley relay team that scored...had top times of 59.20 in the 100-yard breaststroke and 2:12.66 in the 200-breaststroke during the season.
2010-11: Competed in the sprint freestyle and breaststroke events during the season...posted times of 22.68 in the 50-yard freestyle, 2:12.07 in the 200-yard breaststroke where he placed 11th and 1:00.65 in the 100-yard breaststroke where he took 12th.
2009-10: Placed 12th in the 100-yard breaststroke at the NSISC Championships with his best time of the season of 1:00.96...also came in 14th place in the 200-breaststroke, where his top mark was 2:15.69.
PERSONAL: Competed at Marquette High School, where he was one of the St. Louis area’s top breaststroke and freestyle performers during the 2008 season…finished eighth at the Missouri State Championships in the 100-yard breaststroke, an event in which he posted a top time of 1:01.01 during the year…qualified in the 200-yard medley relay…also competed in the 100-breaststroke and 200-medley relay at the state meet as a junior…majoring in civil engineering.
