Biography
2012: Hedinger appeared in 12 games with one start last season...she had 13 at-bats and drove in a run with a bases-loaded walk against Rockhurst on March 24...she drew two walks on the season...she appeared in four games in the circle going 0-0 with an earned run average of 5.60.
High School: Heidinger, a pitcher, played at Webster Groves High School for four years. She was a varsity starter all four seasons and was named the team's most valuable player in 2008 and 2010. Heidinger was named to the all-conference and all-district teams three straight seasons and was a first team selection each of the last two years. She was also a two-time all-region selection earning first team honors in 2009 and second team honors this past season. Heidinger was also named to the 2009 St. Louis Post-Dispatch All Metro Team. She was 9-9 this past season and averaged seven strikeouts per seven innings pitched and had one save.
Personal: Daughter of Dave and Jennifer Heidinger...majoring in geological engineering.
