HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in both track and cross country in high school…qualified three times for the state meet in cross country and also made the state track meet twice in the 3,200-meters…was a four-year letterwinner in cross country and a two-time letterwinner in track in the distance events.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Gary and Jennifer Lake…is the twin sister of S&T freshman Lisa Lake…attended Sapulpa High School…majoring in engineering at Missouri S&T.
