HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in both track and cross country at the high school level…was an all-region performer in 2008 and is a two-time all-conference recipient at Sapulpa High School…won conference titles in both the 1,600- and 3,200-meter runs last season; took third in the latter event at the state meet…recorded personal best times of 5:27 in the 1,600-meters, 11:44 in the 3,000-meters and 11:38 in the 3,200-meters…set the school record in the 3,200…placed 42nd at the 2008 Oklahoma Class 5A state cross country championships.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Gary and Jennifer Lake…is the twin sister of S&T freshman Mindy Lake…attended Sapulpa High School…majoring in computer science at Missouri S&T.
