Biography
Finished the 2013 season with three goals and an assist for seven points…scored two of his three goals in game-winning fashion, one 6:25 into overtime to beat William Jewell and the other to put S&T up for good in the win over Wisconsin-Parkside…also scored against Southwest Baptist and had his assist on the game-winning tally with 2:53 to play in regulation time in the win at Drury that put S&T into the GLVC Tournament...played in six games in 2012 and scored one goal on five shots...got his first collegiate goal in the win over Kentucky Wesleyan...saw playing time in three games during his freshman season…had four shots on the year...expected to compete for a role on the front line...was a two-time all-state selection at the forward position and an all-metro Kansas City selection following the 2010 season...was the Missouri Western Region offensive “Player of the Year” in 2010 after scoring 31 times, completing his high school career as Park Hill's all-time scoring leader with 65 goals...scored 12 times as a sophomore and posted 22 goals in his junior season.
Personal: Attended Park Hill High School...son of Bob, a 1985 S&T graduate, and Maria Zdvorak...father played for the Miners in the early 1980s and his younger brother, Chris, is a freshman on the 2014 S&T squad...studied abroad in the 2014 spring semester at American University in Dubai...majoring in civil engineering at Missouri S&T.
