2011: Batted .333 with 26 runs batted in during his first season with the Miners…finished as the Miners’ second-leading hitter and had a team-high 53 hits…had 14 multiple-hit games during the season which included a four-hit performance against Northern Kentucky in the GLVC Tournament…had six games with at least two runs batted in, with three-RBI outings against NKU (regular season win over the Norse) and Rockhurst…had a season-high seven game hitting streak in early April, hitting .423 during that stretch…hit .381 in the Miners’ six post-season contests, including hits in six of his first seven at-bats and .373 on the year with runners in scoring position…had a walk-off RBI single in the bottom of the ninth to complete a comeback from a three-run deficit in the final weekend series against Missouri-St. Louis…made perhaps the Miners’ best defensive play of the season in the NCAA Midwest Regional game with Wayne State when he reached high over the fence to take a three-run homer away from C.J. Maszal…finished the season with only one error defensively in 110 chances.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Batted .466 with four home runs and 37 runs batted in at Hesston College during the 2010 season…had 23 of his 62 hits go for extra bases…also stole 19 bases in 20 attempts and scored 55 runs…had a .497 on-base percentage…earned all-region honors in each of his two seasons at the school…finished as the school’s career leader for batting average (.444), runs scored (88), hits (107), RBI (63), doubles (21) and triples (eight).
