Biography
Returner who has been in the Miners’ starting lineup for much of his three-year career…had a goal and a team-high five assists in the 2011 season…goal was the Miners’ first tally in the 2-0 win over nationally-ranked Indianapolis…assisted on both goals in the win over Bellarmine and had the assist on S&T’s first goal in three other victories during the year...had two goals and two assists during the 2010 season...scored in the wins over Rockhurst and the GLVC Tournament game against Bellarmine...assisted on the first goal scored by the Miners at the NCAA Midwest Regional against Ashland...appeared in 13 games in his first season at S&T with two goals...scored against Illinois-Springfield and Saint Joseph's...earned first-team all-district and all-region honors following the 2008 season at Hickman High School…scored eight times in his senior year to help Hickman reach the district title game and was also part of the St. Louis Scott Gallagher club team that won the Missouri State Cup in 2008.
Personal: Son of Silas and Cindy Atagana…attended Hickman High School…majoring in architectural engineering at Missouri S&T.
