Biography
Named honorable mention All-GLFC for the 2010 season after averaging 38.8 yards per kick on 57 punts...had a season-best 61-yard punt in the season opener at Emporia State and had four punts of 50 yards or better...had 13 of his punts downed inside the opponents' 20-yard line...averaged better than 46 yards on six punts at Emporia State...redshirted in 2008 and missed the 2009 season due to an injury...was a second-team all-state performer as both a kicker and punter as a junior while playing at St. James High School, then followed that up with second-team selections on both the conference and district levels during his senior season…earned all-district and all-league honors on three occasions during his prep career…was also named as an all-state performer in baseball as an infielder…played baseball at S&T in the spring and earned first-team all-conference and all-region honors after hitting .391 with six home runs and 33 runs batted in in the 2010 season.
Personal: Attended Rolla High School, where his coach was Brock Roweton…played for former Miner offensive coordinator Josh Richards for two seasons at St. James…son of Jim and Yoshiko Morrison…majoring in business administration.
