Biography
2010-11: Meyer started all 28 games averaging 11 points, 5.6 rebounds and dished out a team high 105 assists...she led S&T in scoring 10 different times this year and in assists 14 times...Meyer had 17 double figure scoring games including a career-high 20 against Nebraska-Omaha back on November 18...she matched her career-high of seven assists three different times this season with the most recent coming against Rockhurst. She also had a career-high 14 rebounds against Fontbonne...Meyer matched her career-high of five steals in the win at Drury...she blocked nine shots this season...made a career-high nine free throws in the triple OT loss at Wisconsin-Parkside...recorded two double-doubles this year...earned All-GLVC third team honors.
2009-10: Meyer was the team’s number two scorer last season averaging 10.2 points per game...was also one of the team’s top rebounders averaging just over four per contest...played in all 28 games, 16 starts...she shot the ball at 53.5 percent clip from the floor and averaged 1.6 assists per game...also had 16 blocked shots and 29 steals...scored in double figures 16 times including a career-high 19 points in the win at Missouri-St. Louis on February 18...after the start of January Meyer scored in double figures 13 times including 10 in a row and 11 of her final 12 ball games...made a career-high eight field goals in the win at UMSL and connected on a career-high seven free throws at Northern Kentucky (2/6/10)...she went to the foul line at least once in every game but three last year.
2008-09: Meyer appeared in 23 contests for the Lady Miners scoring, in 14 of those...she had a career-high seven points against Hillsdale on November 16 and scored six points in four other contests...also had a career-high five assists in a win over Westminster on December 30.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-time letterwinner at St. Francis Borgia who led the Knights in scoring and rebounding...averaged 14.2 points and 6.8 rebounds as a senior helping her team to a 21-6 record...was coached by Stacia Parsell...was a first team selection to KJFM’s All East-Central All-District squad and was also named to the all-area and all-districts squad was an academic all-state selection.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Thomas and Dianne Meyer...majoring in history and secondary education.
