Biography

Lettered as a freshman after recording 14 tackles…saw playing time in the secondary and on special teams and is gunning for a starting spot in the secondary this fall…had a season-high three tackles on three occasions…was a first-team all-state and all-conference selection following the 2008 season, when he recorded 35 tackles to help DeSmet win a district championship and advance to the Missouri Class 6 playoffs…also earned honorable mention all-metro honors in St. Louis and was a second-team all-Metro Catholic Conference pick as a running back after rushing for 387 yards in the 2008 season.

Attended DeSmet Jesuit High School, where his coach was Pat Mahoney…son of Cheryl Emerson…majoring in English education.
