Returner who will contend for the starting running back role this fall…led the Miners in rushing with 550 yards on 95 carries in the 2007 season…cleared the 100-yard mark on three occasions with a high of 119 yards at Southern Nazarene…also ran for 107 yards (with two touchdowns) at Kentucky Wesleyan and for 102 against Lincoln…recorded 169 all-purpose yards in the Lincoln contest… also caught 18 passes for 194 yards and a score…finished as the Miners’ second-leading rusher in 2006 with 130 yards on 32 carries…had a season-high 42 yards rushing against Southern Nazarene on 10 carries…also had one reception for nine yards and seven tackles on special teams…transferred to Missouri S&T from Northern Iowa...played in three games in 2005 at UNI, carrying the ball 11 times for 18 yards, with a high game of 11 yards vs. Drake...had 51 yards rushing in the Panthers’ 2005 spring game...was redshirted in 2004...was a two-time first-team all-conference selection in high school as a running back and defensive back...rushed for 1,285 yards and 10 touchdowns as a senior after running for 1,197 yards and six scores in his junior year...two-time academic all-conference selection.
