ROLLA, Mo. - The Missouri S&T men's soccer team will enter the 2026 season ranked No. 8 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference preseason poll, setting the stage for a season with higher goals. The Miners have their sights set on climbing the rankings by season's end. With a new season on the horizon, S&T will look to turn its preseason position into motivation as it chases a spot at the top.
In the 2025 slate, the Miners went 9-6-3 overall, 7-5-2 in conference. Senior
Joao Vieira (Punta del Este, Uruguay/International College) is set to make his return as the top goal scorer from last season with six goals and 14 points.
