ROLLA, MO  --  The Missouri S&T men's swimming team will be hosting the Quincy Hawks on Saturday at 1pm for their first meet of the new year. The Miners remain ranked #23 in The College Swimming and Division Coaches Association (CSCAA) poll, receiving 28 points in the most recent poll. Quincy was ranked as recently as November, but fell out of the rankings in the most recent poll despite earning four votes.

The Miners comfortably defeated Missouri-St. Louis and Southwest Baptist to end last semester, outscoring the conference opponents by 78 and 138, respectively. They claimed gold in 10 of the 11 events at the tri-meet, including two golds apiece for Connor Bichsel (Lee's Summit, MO/Lee's Summit West) and Oscar Iden (Oslo, Norway/Oslo Private Gymnasium).
