ROLLA, MO  --  Missouri S&T football has announced Ethan Hudson as the team's new assistant coach for linebackers. Hudson previously served as the Graduate Assistant for Linebackers for the Miners.

Hudson is a 2024 graduate of Missouri S&T, finishing his undergrad in Business and Management Systems last May before taking on the role of GA for Linebackers for the 2024 season. He played linebacker for S&T all four years of his collegiate career, competing in 9 games during the 2020-2023 seasons. Hudson was a two-time Academic All-GLVC honoree in his time with the Miners, picking up the award in his junior and senior seasons for recording a GPA above 3.30.

Originally from St. Charles, Missouri, Hudson attended Lutheran-St. Charles High School before coming to S&T, recording 69 tackles (33 solo) in 2019 and earning second-team all-conference honors in the Archdiocesan Athletics Association in 2018 and 2019.

"I speak for the entire staff when I say that we are thrilled to have Ethan Hudson join our staff as our Linebackers Coach," Head Coach Andy Ball stated, "Ethan bleeds green and gold. I'm fired up to bring an alumni into our coaching staff. Ethan is a tremendous recruiter and a very smart football coach. He's going to have a wonderful career as a coach."
