ROLLA, Mo. – Missouri S&T Men's Soccer is set for their final regular season weekend of the season at home.

Match 1: Missouri S&T (7-5-4, 4-4-4 GLVC) vs. Southwest Baptist (2-11-3, 1-10-1 GLVC) Nov. 1 at 7:30 p.m.

Southwest Baptist is on a 10-match losing streak after they were 1-0-1 at the beginning of the GLVC season. Their only win came against Maryville on Sept. 15 where they won 1-0. Since then, the Bearcats have not scored a goal in 11 games. Their draw came against Missouri-St. Louis on Sept. 20.

Callum Bisset leads the team with two goals scored this season and five shots on goal. All-time against the Bearcats, S&T is 15-1-0 and 11-0 in Rolla. Their only loss came during the 2020 season where the Bearcats won 1-0.

Match 2: Missouri S&T (7-5-4, 4-4-4 GLVC) vs. Rockhurst (4-8-2, 4-6-2 GLVC) Nov. 3 at 2:30 p.m.

The Hawks come into this match after a 1-1 weekend where they fell to Drury 2-3 and topped Southwest Baptist 4-0. Their four GLVC wins of 2024 came against Upper Iowa, Quincy, Wiliam Jewell and Southwest Baptist. Three of their four wins this season have come in the last four matches.

Jacopo Belardo is tied for third in the GLVC in goals scored with six this season. Blake Barrick is second in shots per game and fourth in shots on goal. In their all-time matchup, Rockhurst has dominated S&T with a 32-7-1 record. At S&T, the Hawks are 11-5-1. S&T last defeated Rockhurst in 2020 with a score of 2-1.

About the Miners

S&T comes into this match with a 4-4-4 GLVC record in seventh place. The Miners can make the GLVC tournament next week with two wins this weekend. Fifth through 12^th place of the GLVC are all within five points of each other.

Leading S&T in scoring is Mike Banasik (Loekkegade, Denmark/Hjoering Gymnasium) with four total goals this season. He has also picked up 12 shots on goal. Mustafa Hasan (St. Louis, MO/Lindbergh) has 23 shots to lead S&T. Goalkeeper Cavitt Bruhn (Plano, TX/Plano) has started all 16 matches for S&T this season and has allowed 16 goals with 46 saves.

Sunday's match is senior day for Missouri S&T. Afxentis Andreou (Paphos, Cyprus/Lykeo Agios Charalambous), Daylan Frerker (Collinsvillle, IL/Collinsville), Kai Niland (San Francisco, CA/Monte Vista), Zachary Pendleton (Rolla, MO/Rolla), Grant Polman (Wentzville, MO/Holt) and Jimmy Sanchez (St. Charles, MO/Francis Howell Central) will all be honored for S&T. Sunday is also military appreciation day at S&T. All members of the military, active and veteran, as well as their families, will have free admission to the match.
