Missouri S&T Athletics

Schneider earned two varsity letters in golf, but is better known as the founder of soccer at the university.  He started the sport at the club level in 1972, playing a full schedule against other collegiate teams.  He also played a role in helping to save the program from it was nearly eliminated in 1989.
