Missouri S&T Athletics

Kemper was a three-time letterman for the Miner football and basketball teams.  He won most of his honors in football where he was the starting quarterback for two years, including the 1947 season when the Miners won their first outright MIAA championship.  He was a co-captain as a senior and a two-time All-MIAA selection.
