Over a four-year career in the Lady Miner soccer program, Szkrybalo was one of the top scorers in school history as she finished tied for first in assists, second in points and third in goals scored for a team that won 44 games during that stretch.  After posting eight goals and eight assists on the Lady Miners' 15-3-1 team in 1997, Szkrybalo tallied six more goals the following year and scored 15 times to share the team lead in 1999, earning her co-most valuable player honors in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association.  Her eight goals in her senior year gave her 37 for her career to go along with 30 assists as she became the second player in school history to accumulate over 100 career points.  She was a two-time All-MIAA selection during her playing career.
