Missouri S&T Athletics

A 40-yard member of the MSM/UMR athletic department as a head coach, Allgood led the Miner football, basketball, golf, track & field and cross country programs during his tenure.  He was honored by the MIAA as its Coach of the Year in football and track and received the “Outstanding Contribution Award” from the Cross Country Coaches Association.  Allgood also served as assistant director of athletics, director of intramurals, chairman of the physical education department and faculty advisor to the M-Club, while also organizing the athletic booster club at the university.
