Bekebrede led S&T to a 2-1 mark this past weekend at the fourth annual Mizuno GLVC/GLIAC Crossover Tournament in Aurora, Ill. In her first match of the weekend against Grand Valley State she recorded 23 kills against two errors to finish hitting 47.7 percent for the contest as the Lady Miners rallied to win 3-1. Against #25 Northern Michigan she again had 23 kills while hitting 26 percent helping S&T rally from a 2-1 deficit to win the last two sets and pick up its first win over a NCAA-II ranked opponent. On Saturday against #11 Ferris State she had 15 kills while hitting 20.5 percent. She finished the weekend averaging 5.12 points and 4.69 kills per set.
